EVE Online incursions map

EO-Map marks every active Sansha incursion in EVE Online on a 3D map of New Eden, so you can see where each one is staged and how far it has spread before you undock. It is free, it runs in the browser, and it needs no account.

What the incursions map shows

Every active public incursion gets one card, titled with the constellation it has taken. Underneath the card, the same incursion is drawn on the map, so the list and the starfield always agree with each other.

How incursions read on the map

The marks are deliberately quiet. Incursions are meant to sit alongside whatever else you are doing on the map, not take it over.

Staging systems

Drawn larger and brighter than the rest, at full intensity, so the anchor of each incursion is the thing your eye lands on first.

Affected systems

A modest mark at reduced intensity. Enough to show the shape of the constellation, quiet enough to leave the starfield readable.

Panel and overlay

Closing the panel clears the overlay. Minimizing it leaves the marks on the map, which is what you want while flying.

State and influence stay in the panel rather than being encoded into colour on the map. Three states and a percentage do not survive being turned into shades of one hue, and guessing at a colour ramp is worse than reading a number. Boss presence is the exception, and it is motion rather than colour: a staging system with the boss in it breathes, its mark swelling and settling on a slow cycle. The card still says so in words, and the breathing stops under reduced motion or Work Safe Mode.

What the three states mean for you

The state on each card is the incursion's own lifecycle, straight from the game's public data, and it is the first thing worth reading.

Read state and influence together. Influence falling is the community grinding the incursion down, and the state is the game's own confirmation of how far that has got.

Where the data comes from

Incursion state comes from EVE Online's official public data. EO-Map fetches it once on a cadence and serves your browser a compact snapshot, so opening the map never fans hundreds of browsers out onto the game's public endpoints. That is a deliberate design choice, and it means the panel is honest about age: it prints how old the snapshot is, and marks it stale when the feed falls behind.

System and constellation names come from the pinned official EVE Online Static Data Export, build 3464040, the same 5,485 systems the rest of the map is built from. If the feed is unavailable, the panel says so plainly instead of showing an empty map that looks like peace.

How to open it

  1. Open EO-Map and open the Incursions panel from Tools Library, or use the direct link below.
  2. Read the count and the age line at the top of the panel first.
  3. Work down the cards. Each one is a constellation with an incursion in it.
  4. Click a card to select its staging system on the map, or click a chip to select one of the affected systems.
  5. Minimize the panel to keep the marks while you plan the trip out there.

Part of EO-Map

Incursions is one panel of EO-Map's interactive 3D map of New Eden. The useful part is what sits next to it. Mark a staging system, then plan the route to it in the same session, check what has been dying in the constellation, and read the security band of every hop on the way. You do not have to hold three sites in your head to answer one question.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free EVE Online incursions map?

Yes. EO-Map is a free, browser-based EVE Online incursions map. No account and no download. It lists every active Sansha incursion by constellation and marks the staging and affected systems on a 3D map of New Eden.

Where is the incursion staging system?

Each card names the staging system in plain text, and the map draws it larger and brighter than the systems around it. Clicking the card selects that system on the map, so you can plan a route to it straight away.

What do Established, Mobilizing and Withdrawing mean?

They are the incursion's lifecycle, taken straight from the game's public data. Established is the long middle of its life, Mobilizing is reached once influence has been pushed down far enough, and Withdrawing is the last stage before the constellation is released.

Does it show whether the boss is up?

Yes. Every card states boss present or boss not present, alongside the current influence percentage and the number of affected systems. It is written out rather than encoded into an icon, and on the map the staging mark breathes while the boss is present.

How current is the incursion data?

It comes from EVE Online's official public data as a snapshot refreshed on a cadence, not as a live request from your browser. The panel prints the age of what it is showing and marks it stale when the feed falls behind.

Can I leave the incursion marks on while I use the rest of the map?

Yes. Minimize the panel and the marks stay on the map. Closing the panel clears the overlay instead. The marks are kept deliberately quiet so the starfield underneath stays readable.
